Where have I been???

I've been in the same place I always am.....physically.
Mentally I think my thoughts have been on a world tour accompanied by emotion's many faces, without the masks.

It really is a shame that I haven't applied all of my emotions and feelings, both highs and lows into my artwork. I think I've simply been over run by them. Highs to the point where any time I had spare I wanted to spend with the person who injected me with that elation. And the lows were spent lost within my own thoughts and meloncholic wallowing. I suppose thats what happens when we're given that glimpse of heaven, to be touched by an angel and to be able to caress that angel in return, but never fully grasp and take hold of the miracle of love with both hands due to unforseen circumstances on both parts which unfortunaely don't interlock. Some are stronger than others......it's a simple choice, convenience and an easy life or happiness and true love, either way we all have to make sacrifices and compromises.

Well I've at least expressed my elation and connection, new levels found with that person in the form of poetry and plan to add them to deviant art along with a few other poems I had previously written.....so I hope you all enjoy, and I hope you can all empathise and find a connection with these poems.....they are my heart in writing.
